Terms Of Use
These terms apply to our Linkware. The Freeware collection has no rules, except you must not direct-link (hotlink)!
- Give credit to Image Vault by linking to http://vault.un-ordinary.net. The link should be easily seen.
- Do not re-distribute our images, unless you have edited them — If you want to share our image collection, just link us! :)
- Do not use any linkware for profit (gaining real money). Ask for permission. :)
- Don't direct-link (hotlink) to our image files. SAVE images to your computer and upload to your storage!
What's Hotlinking?
Hotlinking (aka. direct linking) is where you source and display an image from its orignal site, rather than your own hosting space. This practice is frowned upon, especially where the original site is paying for hosting and you are not.
We have our own file storing space, and so should you. Our hosting is paid for, but if you need a free image host, we recommend Photobucket.
If we allowed people to hotlink, then we would have to charge everyone to access this site to cover our bandwidth costs. :(
Hotlinker's Note: The image will become broken if we ever move our files!

Image Vault's images are intended for editing into new graphics, so you shouldn't have a need to hotlink to the original source.
Warning
Any images found to be hotlinked (remote-linked) from here will be deleted/renamed. We provide images, not file hosting. Thank you.
Restircted Sites (freeware is excluded)
Image Vault's images may not be used on the following sites without permission:
- IMVU
- Whirled.com
- CreateBlog.com
- Glitter-Graphics.com
- any site that requires membership to view the pages
- any site collecting web images in archives without credit
All you need to do is send me a simple email asking for permission! :) No legal mumbo jumbo! No drama!

What is Not Allowed?
Examples of things you are not allowed to make with our images:
- Physical items for sale. Eg: Stationary, pin buttons, t-shirts, etc.
- Desktop/mobile wallpapers for sale
- Any web graphics for sale
